Get rid of the garbage - San Jose, La Tech, Hawaii and keep UNLV, Nevada, etc - could have worked

great documentary. The eerie thing is all the footage they had of him while it was all happening. I remember that night at Moody, he was phenomenal. Tark said that game was Herren's best game ever, driven by SMU fans that heckled him more ruthlessly than anywhere else. Addiction=Hell.

Just watched this last night. Sad story with what seems to be a good ending. One of the better ESPN films, don't know if we are still calling them 30 for 30. He was a BAWB.

Amazing. Bobby Knight and Larry Eustachy said the same thing about SMU fans. Who knew?
