Re: Kickers
We have one of if the the top high school kickers (place kick and punt)in the nation on scholarship. What happened after he got here I do not know. Sometimes things do not work out the way you want. But there was no aversion to recruiting a kicker, but you cannot use too many scholarships for kickers unless you are fielding a soccer team.
All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand

Re: Kickers
No one ever ran any ads in any newspaper. Where that myth began, I have no idea. Must make for good TV. June was quoted in the papers saying special teams were a concern.

Re: Kickers
There is a great one about 5 blocks away at HP. And I mean great - not just good
Re: Kickers
I made some very positive comments about him after seeing him kick at the Landry classic, but I have never met him or his family...he kicked the ball through the end zone after each HP score. I can't remember his name but orsini goes to the HP games so he has seen him kick. Surely steve does some scouting..

Re: Kickers
Not related. Just watch him kick it out of the back of the end zone every week and think he'd look pretty good in a mustang uniform.

Drug runners? Because the kid is from Mexico?
Nice.

Re: Kickers
I think he's definitely a candidate, if not the front-runner.

Sorry everyone... I actually never heard about the tryouts or else I would be on the field right now. Consistent from 45.... if you think I am joking, you are mistaken... seriously

Well, at least you brag like Vanderjagt.
