I've got to say one thing. Charles Zars #17. Watch him. He's good.

RSine has lost any credibility he ever had. The only thing you will see Zars doing is warming up other QB's on the bench.

Especially since Zars wears #18.

#17 is Billy Ford. You know - a starter.

Yall should lay off Zars. he has more talent than you would think and a great amount of heart. We are talking about a player who is out there working his tail off day in and day out knowing that he will never take a snap. So I say we gave Chuck a little support and gratitude for the dedication he has shown to SMU football and his commitment to help the other QBs become better players.

#8 Ramon Flanagin, these young guns don't hold a candle to Ramon so stop getting your hopes up and thinking we have some kind of QB, the glory days left SMU when Rosley did.

I doubt the glory days left with Rossley, but I do remember Ramon, and he was fun to watch, I wish he could have stayed and taught the new QB's a thing or two. Not everybody gets to play in NFL Europe afterall.
The donkey's name is Kiki.

On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?

Sorry to offend anybody. I was placing a reply to one of my friend's comments on here and decided I would quickly put down a message about my neighbor Chuck. I mistyped...sorry about the #17 and #18 thing. I wasn't even paying attention to what I was typing. So, I apologize to anybody I offended by my mistype but Chuck does have a lot of heart. He loves the football team and thats the kinda guys I would want on my team.

I agree, RSine. When the Romo-to-Bowen connection gave us our first win over Connecticut in 1989, that was a team full of undersized freshmen who wouldn't have gotten a look at most schools because of their dimensions. But that group had as much heart as any team I've ever seen. They got pounded on every week and kept getting up and coming back for more. Mike Romo took the most fearsome beating, week after week, of any QB I've ever seen. That team had enough heart to win a national championship.
If this Zars guy has that kind of heart, he deserves a spot on the roster somewhere.
