Even when we lose bad, it's better to suffer and complain than go silent in pain. Our few wins this year don't fix things by any means, but it stopped the bleeding. Glad you are back among the living. Sunshine or dismayed, this is the place for those who can't break the SMU habit. Let's light it up with pithy remarks and hopes for the future.

Thanks for the 'sympathy note' on the Bearkats' (with a 'K') loss. Yes, the Northwestern State Demons have the #1 ranked offense in the nation in Div. 1-AA and SHSU has/had the #2 ranked defense. Obviously, someone had to come up short. Next weekend the 'Kats will be playing TSU for the Southland Conference championship to break a three-way tie between SHSU, Northwestern State and Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State).

As for me attending the 'right game' last night...NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! :wink:
