because of his running style, very vertical not a whole lot of lateral moves but he just moves the pile and steams ahead. You know what they say about making assumptions...

I'm showing my age, but Zachary Line reminds me of the
Dolphins former HOF running back Larry Czonka.

Being able to block, pick up blitzes and protect the QB will help get him to playing on Sunday. Has had consistent gains all year, but no break out 200yd+ game this season, but that is more of being limited by the R&S. UTEP's RB Banyard ran for 240 against Houston while the rest of his season is rather unremarkable. Can't wait to see what Line can do against UH.

I not only agree with Mrydel's comment about the OL, I will expand on it. Next year our line should have more talent. Moreover, not only should our line be good, we should be stronger in all areas of our game. If our passing game is consistently good, game after game, the running game should also improve. For example: It looked like Tulane had a spy on Line the second half. If our passing game took all of their efforts Line probably would have had a 200 plus yd. game this past Saturday. I'm excited about our recent classes and our coming classes. I would love to see what Coach Jones can do with a talented deep team! Pony Up!

Line should absolutely be a finalist for the doak walker award!

and dude will play on sundays no doubt about it. if there was ever any doubt that he could run on 'nfl-type' talent ala the 'weak' defenses in cusa, just look at the TCU games and the aTm game. I may even go so far as saying he will be a starter in the nfl barring injury ... his blocking abilities and special team play will get him there for sure. would like to see him catch more passes and work on his speed and alusiveness in the offseason.
