Doesn't change anything for me. Even though he'll obviously miss taking practice snaps, he would've redshirted anyway and can spend more time on the playbook and observing.

not a big deal for a QB. he'll be fine in 8 months.

i do wish him a speedy recovery, though.

He will be fine and will be able to participate in camp in August. No big deal. I still really like the commit.

If anything this keeps off any outside pressure from snapping him up. We know he has the talent, and he will get to display it in this pass happy offense.

Just needs to make sure he rehabs properly. Would have red-shirted anyways so not much of a set back as long as he rehabs properly.
