We were outsized tonight. We won with hustle. I want to see the rebound margin, steals, turnovers.

In an unrelated note, TCU holds off our opponent next week, Florida Gulf Coast, 73-72. Looked like it was pretty tight all the way.

Too bad Russell can't play yet. This could really be a fun team to watch.

Who would you like to see in the 7-9 range, or who would you exlude right now? I thought Manuel looked comfortable out there, Cunningham not as much, Jones was excited.

SMU was badly outrebounded by a D3 team.

Rebounds and finishing around the rim were the two negatives I took away.
Pluses: great hustle, decent passing, nice open looks from three point line, good speed in transition

Love watching Samarrippas play defense. That dude is in your jock the entire game. He would completely [deleted] me off if I was an opposing player and had to deal with him for an entire game.

at one point, we had 4 guards and Rob on the floor; I don't think they were overly concerned about controlling the boards

granted it was against a D-III team, but have to like JFrog's 5:0 assist:turnover ratio in that game

Yes! Pep bands are used by most schools and really add to the overall atmosphere.
