Is Doak Walker Looking Down @ SMU With Even More Shame?

My favortie part of this pathetic post was the froggie saying they would drop us...they now have one team they regularly play within 1,000 miles, and they are going to drop us?? And why would they - our record will be close to the same as TCU's by the end of the year. A college football shining star they ain't.

MGM is known for his filibusters. For some reason he always gets his panties in a wad over La Tech and SMU - very strange. By the way, does Richland have a good running back also?

I'm surprised anyone pays any attention to GreenScum...his rants are so long-winded and incomprehensible, I just try to ignore them.

He reminds me of the janitor who complains when he isn't invited to the corporate Christmas party even though he never missed a day of work all year.

He really does make you question the quality of people who come out of NTSU.

Just a few weeks ago, I was thinking that it was nice not having those jacka..es from North Texas State on our board. But now that you dopes have once again wrapped up your District 6-AAAA Championship, here you are again. What a surprise! LOL

Thomas is a good looking back but its not too hard to get 300 yards a game playing in district 9-5A, or is the Sun Belt 4A. Seriously, I watched that Idaho game and the Sun Belt is not DI football.

oh please the level of play in the Sun Belt is not that far from the WAC except for Boise St., Fresno and UTEP. Otherwise our schedule is full of teams on the Sun Belt level. BTW some rated Jemario Thomas as the second best running back in the State last year-right behind Adrian Peterson-he is a LOT better than most on this board are giving him credit for. Every team in the country would have loved to have signed him if his academics were in order ON SIGNING DATE.

Yeah, but there's not some big SMU conspiracy to keep him out of the running for any award, like that UNT idiot thinks.

The conspiracy is about this complicated - He is a freshman - he has multiple additional shots at this - End of story.

Idaho would lose to any WAC team by 40. The Mean Green would be competitive with some of the lower end WAC schools but I doubt they would win any games. North Texas lost to Baylor by 30.

Peterson is on the Heisman watch list. If a freshman RB won the Heisman and didn't win the Doak Walker award for the best college RB, people would be scratching their heads. Not that big a deal.

For the record, I'd love to play UNT and I was in favor of them being in C-USA.

UNT fans need to understand, it isn't that SMU has anything against UNT, it is that we just don't care. Please don't mistake indifference for animosity.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

SMU would have its hands full with NTSU and they would likely beat us. They aren't as good this year but they did beat the CUSA rep in New Orleans last year.

True, but SMU is one of the lower end WAC schools.
