Am i wrong, couldn't colt brennan and others move a little bit? McD is an absolute statue back there. he can't do anything. We need a qb who can at least move his feet and make things happen when the protection is not perfect. the offense is as flat as McDs feet.

It still falls on the staff. Are we that QB dependent and also unable to find and/or develop a QB. Is the system too complicated for anything but a top tier QB, then change the system. If we dont have the players for the system, then the system needs to adapt.

Brennan and Chang could move.
They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security
Got home at beginning of 2nd half & announcers were saying how jj feels, if executed, his offense is fine. That's why he doesn't make changes. This stubborn attitude is what makes me mad at him.
For a change of pace why not put Cole B. in at QB with Z. Line and a speedy RB in the spread. The RB or Z could go in motion as a receiver out of the backfield or catch a quick shuttle pass. You could also run a quick option out of this formation with Z running in front as a blocking back. Since cougar high is not good at defending the run this might work alternating between this formation and the RnS. Just an idea. Obviously something needs to change.

Sounds like Coach John mcKay, when asked about the execution of his offense, he said, "I'm all for it."
