From 5-1 to 7-5 would be a disappointment. This team has a totally different body language, than the team that beat UCF. Unless a miracle happens at Houston, this team will be 1-4 in the second half of the season.
It's awesome that the program FINALLY is at a place where it would be considered a disaster to miss out on a bowl game. In years past, 6-6 would have been cause for a parade.
That said, let's beat Rice and see if we can't right the ship and ruin Cougar High's big day with ESPN in town. (Not predicting it, but it's not like we're playing Alabama or LSU.)
This team does not deserve a bowl, but I am sure they will got to Hawaii for the June Jones Coronation and get slaughtered by Hawaii. June wants to go to Hawaii, guess what, we go to Hawaii. Can't wait for that fiasco.
