RushbrookI got an e-mail from a friend this AM who said the Dallas newspaper is reporting he'll play. I'm glad he's going to get to play in his last game, back home in El Paso. Keep your head on a swivel, Matt.
Go Ponies! Beat UTEP
Coach confirmed that this morning. He said he will play and will also be the return man some.
Just send 'da money.
We were required to take an oath of silence this morning. The Rushbrook thing is in the paper, so no big deal.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
How about a general overview with no detail that would break your oath. Such as the overall reaction to what was said and the Coach's demeanor...was he smiling alot? Large crowd...small crowd? General status of recruiting? In other words...TALK TO US!!!
Coach's demeanor - GOOD
Growd - Above Average Recruiting - Going good, but HS coaches ask to lay off until after playoffs, so can't really give any names. Questions - Lots Coach's summary of UTEP game - We will beat them That's about all I can say, because I know Coach Phil could wup my [deleted]. Just send 'da money.
Average crowd. Everybody was in a good mood. Bennett was upbeat, but determined-he's focusing on UTEP. Said the team needs to work on its sideline dancing. He likes the fact that the team didn't play its best game of the season and still beat Nevada.
They expect 43,000 at the Sun Bowl on Saturday. Guess what music they are using to simulate crowd noise today? At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Hope Rushbrook and Don Ieremia-Stansbury have great games, playing front of friends and family.
Go Ponies!
Re:I would love to go...unfortunately I have to be at work at 7:30 and my boss doesn't like me taking time off for things like that. And then there are the fans who live out of town. Don't want anyone to break the oath of silence relative to things that could be/should be confidential...just share some of the excitement/mood with the rest of us...that's all I was asking for.
Time to quit your job and get one that allows you to maintain your priorities as they should be:
1. Mustangs 2. Everything else
