So not worth it, especially for an SMU fan. Unless there are practice reports saying SMU is fired up and read to go, its going to be a crushing defeat. Just Houston fans, can you make sure that your team doesnt purposely try to outscore us by 70 points, because we are all going together to the BE and it only hurts the future conference to have blowouts on members

But what's "worth it" is different from person to person. And that's having quite a few more years of suffering than you, sir. Right as an SMU fan, I imagine paying from what Im hearing 100 dollars a ticket the drive/flight possible stay over night accomodations for an already predicted blow out. I would say that warrants a fan to just sit with their family and watch it on tv. I understand there is a gap between you and me, which is fine and perfectly understand. Im just stating my opinion that I rather be focusing on grad work and watching it on tv. As a former player in sports like baseball and such, I absolutely despise negative or absent of attitude. If I dont see players jumping up and down, yelling at our fans to start cheering, running till they cant breathe, giving it their all, then I just dont see the point. Again, you are correct to assume that I havent been around the struggles, but I do sympathize with you all that have to endure terrible seasons since the glory days.

I found a ticket on craigslist from a U of H student for $65 + a beer. I guess that beats paying $100.
