Record Predictions so far if we had Houston's Schedule

Post by Pony ^ »

2011-2012 SCHEDULE
Date Opponent / Event
09/03/11 vs. UCLA
09/10/11 at North Texas
09/17/11 at Louisiana Tech
09/24/11 vs. Georgia State
09/29/11 at UTEP *
10/08/11 vs. East Carolina
10/22/11 vs. Marshall *
10/27/11 vs. Rice *
11/05/11 at UAB *
11/10/11 at Tulane *

I think 9-1. Looking at our first game against Aggy, we might have lost to anyone that day. UCLA might have been a loss. Only other "hard" game I see is at UTEP.

we are clearly capable of losing to inferior teams (see navy) so making predictions off someone else's schedule doesn't work

Navy isn't as inferior as all of those teams...they are usually pretty good in fact. Keep in mind our losses came to what used to be a good aggy team, a ranked USM, a should be ranked Tulsa, and the triple option at Navy. I think any of those teams except Navy would go undefeated with Cooger High's schedule.

yea their schedule sucks but I bet we would have dropped at least one out of their UTEP, ECU, Marshall, Rice just our of virtue of us melting down. I'm afraid for the rice game this year

8-2, erratic QB play would doom us to 2 losses even against that weak schedule.

9-1. Padron would not have been benched against UCLA or North Texas State. We would also probably be in the Top 25 right now.

Yeah but he would have messed up on the weights and hurt himself and then we would lose to rice cause McDermott sucks.
