When one works or plays, it should be because they enjoy it and derive self satisfaction for a job well done, NOT what acknowledgment you get from others. If one waits on appreciation, approval, and/or acknowledgemnet from others, a person is going to go through life very unhappy. In other words, if someone decides not to play because of a bunch of frustrated fans say on this or any board, they are going to have a rough time in life.

It takes more than three years of mediocre success to overcome 25 years of apathy and disinterest. It isn't difficult to get to a bowl game anymore.

that's more likely. like i said, i heard it from a guy at Fox Southwest that he missed the plane, but this is probably more likely since it was 10 weeks ago and this guy focuses more on the Big12 not CUSA games.
