nah, it's a road tripable game. and fans are comfortable with hating black & yellow the day after Turkey day

Iowa / Nebraska day after Turkey day, why not seems like a good ballgame to me. I guess I watch a lot of BTN though.

But no one else will care. The whole point of having a game that day was because NU OU was a huge game. The CU game got to the point that ABC affiliates (in Big 12 territory) were trying to air an Oprah rerun instead of the game because no one was watching it. I assume ABC will demand a different game eventually, or they will lose the time slot to an SEC game.

the problem with that is, B1G isn't gonna fool with the Michigan Ohio State game. Penn State would have been the only option or maybe Wisconsin to give a truly big game for the Huskers that weekend. And Penn State is probably about to be the new Indiana....

So far all the projections I've seen have SMU vs BYU in the AF Bowl. The Ticket City Bowl is projected USF vs Purdue or Illinois. Depending on who's projections they are.

TicketCity Bowl is a CUSA/Big 10 Bowl this year so unless CUSA does not have enough bowl eligible teams that is not likely
