UCF pres frustrated by Big East delay, working to resolve it
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/c ... 4687.story
Conference USA members UCF, SMU, Houston and Mountain West Conference member Boise State all are on board for a move to the Big East. Air Force and Navy are close to agreements to join the league as well, but many of the expansion candidates have had a variety of issues pop up during the past month that have delayed a joint official announcement.
"I would guess it would be announced next week, but you've got a short week because of Thanksgiving," Hitt said. "There are just a lot of moving parts. Just when you think everything is set, another little question moves up involving a different school. There's an agreement in principle. And I know it's frustrating to people -- I get a little frustrated myself -- but it's going to happen."

No more AQ no more Boise and BYU
No more AFA no more Navy.
Maybe you guys can get some MAC teams or get Nova to move up.
Sorry guys.

Trey was using the powers of Gamehendge to allow the show to continue, to give the band the strength it needed to help break through this barrier

Yesterday, the Navy's AD on Navy Football Radio stated that the Navy Supe should have all the information next week to make a decision; he went on to say that perhaps next week we should know something.
As I said a few weeks back, AFA is still working on it and their decision is still probably 2-3 weeks away. With BYU possibly on board, the AFA decision is a bit easier given that their primary concern is stability.

Re: UCF pres frustrated by Big East delay, working to resolv
It's not the decisions as they are made really, its all in the details....TV re-negotiations, conference re-scheduling etc. The devil is always in the details. Good things just take time.
KTP you really need to get over it as TU is not going anywhere and should just accept it without so much whining.
