SMU Hand Signs/Hurry Up Offense

Did anyone else notice Case Keenum's hand signs during our game? Not only was it efficient, it looked cool. He made a pass, the rubbed his thumb like "making money" to call a next play I don't get why our offense can't do this too, we only have like 3 base formations and most routes are dictated by the defense so just make a base formation like "trips" or "basic" to some sign and go.

Because our coach is stubborn and stuck in his ways and wont make a change that is needed desperately and is obvious to EVERYONE else who watches one of our games.

Real simple- one if by ground and two if by air. Seems to have worked before.
