I can't stand Fatterson or Snyder, and I hate their stupid purple teams! (But they both can definitely coach.)

Re: So now...........
i gotta admit i am not as big on June anymore and if he left it wouldnt bother me - i think we could get a great replacement for 2.5M. grateful he came and got us out of the ditch, but he might not be able to get us any further. Over time you can tell how limiting his offense is - how sloppy he is with the clock and with field position, and the most aggrevating thing is the lack of punch in the red zone. He has no fire or killer instinct and that translates to the team.
The game that still drives me nuts is Navy. Hated to lose to Tulsa when i think they are inferior to us, but to lose to Navy at home for the fourth time in a row in the Jones era is inexcusable. Everyone else handles them easily.
We cannot lose out. He has to think about burning a red shirt and doing something different at QB - and probably he should have done that at the Navy game.

I don't disagree but we all know JJ marches to his own tune. I am also getting tired of some of the things he does but feel that he will not change a great deal. If you look at his past he has changed with us as he runs the ball a lot more. Now if we could get him to consider a slightly more diverse offense all of us might be happier. I really don't care how he does it as long as he gets us the wins.

Re: So now...........
Other than Tate being an arrogant punk, I thought June should have tried to get Tate Forcier (arrogant) But would fit the SMU offense and has enough wheels to make up for recievers being covered. I don't miss him, but he has talent. SMU needs a dual threat QB. The spread is every bit as effective as ever more so with a kid that can run driving. But I wouldn't recommend hiring Rich Rodriguez, you guys have a pretty good defense. There's ups and downs. You started up slipped back, all that but you didn't slip all the way on you @ss either. SMU is still pretty good which is more than you could say a few years ago. I hadn't seen much SMU other than old highlights till the Hawaii Bowl 3 years ago when I started following your team. I thought SMU could never recover and get to a bowl game, much less 3 in a row. SMU isn't quite back to the Pony Express but SMU is almost back. Everybody down there needs to remember what a win at all cost mentality got you into in the first place, you know what it oughta get a few big name schools into right now.... 2 decades of losing football and only now the light is visible at the end of the tunnel for you guys. Hang in there guys.

Re: So now...........
June has never recruited a dual threat QB-Padron is about as close as he has come

By dual threat I don't mean Denard Robinson either, Denard is a single threat. I just mean somebody that can see a rushing lane and pick up 5, instead of taking a sack. The guy don't have to be Mike Vick or Pat White or Tyrod Taylor or Robert Griffith 3. The kid I'm talking about is probably playing ball right there in Dallas.... What's his name Dallas guys?

I gave Romo a game ball earlier this year, I cheer for Detroit.... I wonder what's wrong with him. 3 quarters of a football game he looks as good as anybody, and then.....
