There will be plenty of negative threads discussed after this game so I am going to do a SL list even though we won. As always LakehighlandsPony and Ponysnob need to stay away from this one.

1. Defense

4. Stephon Sanders and the defense
5. JaGared Davis and the defense
6. Freshman fill ins for Zach
7. Ability to overcome many errors
8. Taylor Reed hits on big TE and the defense
9. Great game by Margus and the defense
10. Winning record assured
11. Bowl bound with a winning season
12. Great kids who are seniors to whom we say thank you.

He may prove me wrong but it appears he is ok after his scare. If he wants to go to the next level he needs another year in college.

Rice beat Purdue this year, so they aren't terrible.

Agreed. Rice gave up 17 first quarter points to Tulsa on turnovers, settled down and played them fairly even after that. I understand a 17 point cushion is nice but they still are a little better than cupcakes.
