3 straight years in a bowl

ALL thanks must go out to Coach June Jones, because without you Coach Jones, we didn't have a chance. Thank you so much for turning our football team around. 3 straight bowls and I'll be shocked IF next year, doesn't make it 4.

Glad we are going to a bowl game. But since we just beat Rice by 3 points we do have some concerns we need to address if we plan on going to a bowl when we go to the Big East.

Asked if he had a bowl preference, senior WR Cole Beasley said: "Somewhere not in Dallas." #SMU was in Armed Forces last year & lost.

It could be a week until #SMU gets word on where it's going bowling. Gotta wait and see what the Houston-BCS situation is.

This is my 100th post which is a little silly after only being on one month or so but I'm using it to say Congrats on your 3rd straight bowl game. I know it isn't going to be the one you wanted and that the season didn't live up to all of your expectations. But that's sports. You guys are just as back now as you were at the start of the season and next year will be even better. Hopefully you get a shot at a Big 10 opponant. Remember I'm here because SMU has a lot more curb appeal than you think it does, so just keep diggin' your on the way to where want to be. Go Ponies!
