We should be happy to be going to a bowl game at all with the way these last several games have been played. As I said on another post, please give us back the SMU team who beat TCU before we go anywhere. A win always gives the team good momentum going into the next season and the offense needs that boost

Most importantly a bowl means more time to practice and develop young players.

The players don't need to contribute to the adversarial relationship that June Jones is creating with the SMU fan base.

Cole - I appreciate all you've done for this program, no doubt. But if you wanted to leave Dallas for a bowl game, than you and your troops needed to show up and win more than 2 of the last 6.

Didn't happen. Show up, work hard. Win. In Dallas.

Staying in ft worth for a week is punishment
Let them stay in Dallas for the Ticket city Bowl

Amen to your amen. Win some more games. Can't complain when you are 3 points better than rice.

Might rather play BYU

Both teams would beat us handily.

Let's lay off Cole and his comments. Season did not ended up the way the coaches, players and fans had hoped. Struggled to beat Rice and players probably had not had time to cool off and someone sticks a mic in your face and ask you what bowl you want to go to. Cole was one player that has played hard from start to finish each game. Just assuming, IMO.

That would be hard to do unless La. Tech is turning down its accepted invitation to the Pointsettia Bowl in San Diego.

At least that's what one bowl lineup has down.
