Really- it's just a regional thing. What a bunch of bs. In the southwest we refer to osu as okie st. and in the midwest osu means Ohio St., In the midwest UM means MIchigan and in the east it means univ. of Mass. How can a school in the city of LA. claim those letters any more than some other university. They are not a national university any more than the other school.
