More Chris Reay!

Post by BrianTinBigD »

In his 7 minutes of action against OSU he had 7 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist. The OSU fans behind us were commenting on his hustle and asking where he had been all night.

Just my thoughts but it appears that he really has bulked up this year, seems to give it his all, and gave the OSU inside guys fits with his strength. I would love to see him getting 20 minuts a night out there.

you are so right - he was working his butt off - and made Simpson look like he was nto even trying. He was also one of th emost productive guys in the game - not sure he could keep it up for 20 minutes, but he needs more time, and the first or second time Simpson misses an easy lay up I would put him in, for more then 5 minutes.

Eric Castro worked his [deleted] off the entire game, and I thought the combo of him and Chris Reay was working very well. Our best shot Monday was to feed the ball inside to Reay and Castro since we couldn't hit from outside. Simpson had a big night offensivly and I like him personally, but he tends to be a defensive liability. If he had a bad [deleted] attitude and was aggressive on the court he would be the player we all hoped he would become.

He is certainly not playing like a Senior and more like a Freshman. I think he has traveled like 10 times this season already. Making poor decisions. I have seem him play pretty solid games in the past but right now he is far from that. He is getting schooled on defense too.

I admit I'm becoming a Chris Reay fan.
Maybe it was the international experience playing with the New Zealand team.
I never knew Plano was a province of New Zealand.
