WED...THE ROAD...AT THE HAWK INVITATIONAL TOURNEY IN TEXARKANA TO WATCH A NT PLAY BASKETBALL...EAST TEXAS IS LOADED WITH ATHLETES AND MOST IF THEM PLAY AT LEAST ONE OTHER SPORT...YOU CAN REALLY LEARN A GREAT DEAL ABOUT A PLAYER WATCHING HIM COMPETE ON THE BASKETBALL FLOOR...HOPE TO WATCH MY TWO FT. WORTH COMMITS PLAY IN THEIR GAME TOMORROW BEFORE PICKING UP MY TWO RECEIVERS AT DFW..2 BIG WEEKENDS AT SMU IN RECRUITING

technically you can confirm you are recruiting a player you just can't talk about his "ability" ie what a bad [deleted] he is or that he runs a 4.25 or that he can leap tall buildings in a single leap. That's when he crosses the line

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to say something about a kid, but I'm not a recruiting expert.

I'm sure there are way worse violations happening across the country.
