Who is Texas State? I thought they only existed in a movie. Is it a real d-1 college? Did it used to be ETSU? I'm impressed with the scheduling. It's hard to find colleges that most people outside of Texas never heard of.

Southwest Texas State in San Marcos-Jim Wacker's old school. I think they will soon be Division 1A in FB.

How can SWTSU go D-1 without a conference affiliation? Havent the rules on home games and attendance virtually made it impossible to start as an independent now?

Stampede you might want to stop posting how great things are, and get the attention of the powers that be! (administration, board of trustee's, president turner, copeland etc.....) Because that was not a div. 1 crowd last night. This is starting to get scary folks!
