Go back and look at the recruiting roundup thing that ponypride does on here. Almost all of the recruits mention that as one of their favorite things from the visit especially the lineman.

Went on a couple recruiting type dinners like this at UH about 20 yrs ago. Pappadeaux was a hit for all the reasons stated here. A chain is popular, tons of food, your own party room and people don't like stuffy, fancy food. It's about fun and eating. Hope it was a successful weekend.
