Well, you're the first one to whine about THIS bowl. Easy travel, Saturday game, after the holidays, against a BCS opponent, and your team is playing. Act like a fan, and get your [deleted] there. BEAT PITT!

You staying there? Wouldn't mind a golf outing on Friday coupled with the Saturday game. would be a nice time.

I'm staying in Hoover, but any hotel located around the Summit or the Galleria should be fine. Do not stay around Legion Field, it's pretty bad. The Sheraton and the Hilton are nice, too. The airport in Birmingham is awesome, easy to get into and just as easy to leave. Fly Southwest.

2 hrs from Atlanta to Birmingham? It takes 2 hrs just to manuver around Atlanta's Watermelon 500(I-285 Loop).

If u are looking for a quality hotel I suggest you skip B'ham

Am looking at some hotels in the 5 points area. Looks to be a lot of nice restaurants and bars around there.

Im pumped for this bowl, taken completely by surprise. Im looking for chain hotel, possibly best western. This is going to be a legit bowl. I hope we can at least get 20k people. Where is that marketing department lol. --> give it to top notch marketing majors as a final exam.

Also please remove McDermott from all ads as it will drive fans away.
