Troll. Couldn't wait to throw cold water? Posts like this are sad and senseless. I suspect you are not a real fan. Try being happy for the team (period), as least through the bowl game. Go negative next year.

Go Ponies! Beat the Panthers (as they leave the BE).

Extremely happy about the bowl, and the players better be f-ing happy. They didnt deserve a vacation hawaii for their stellar 2 wins 4 losses in the second half of the season. Everyone should be happy, we are playing team that we have a 2-2-1 record with so it should be a fun matchup.

Anybody down for chartering a bus to Birmingham? This could make Travel + Bowl Ticket $100-$150 per head.

I do have scarves in stock. Tis' the season of giving and no better time to wear your SMU/RBA scarf than bowl season. (Feels so good to finally say that about SMU with regularity)

To order your scarf, click the link (here)

Red and Blue: Chartered bus would be awesome. I'd gladly pay a share, and I imagine I could convince at least one other person to come along, too.

Sacco, I've sent out a request for a quote. Red and Blue Army by itself could probably fill 1/3 or 1/2 of a 57 seat bus and I'm sure it wouldn't be very hard to get some Ponyfans or students to fill the rest. I'm looking into it. Airfare is not terrible right now but this would be much much cheaper. I played for a soccer club in high school that would take bus trips to Tampa or San Diego from Houston for tournaments and we had a lot of fun.

Yeah, the airfare isn't awful, but I'm think the bus could be dirt cheap. Plus, a bus trip with SMU fans sounds good. In my normal sphere of operation I never run into SMU fans, so I'd look forward to talking some SMU sports with people who actually care.

Yeah! Zach Line runs and Margus Hunt blocks on the TVs "on loop".
