QB Transfers

BYU QB, Jake Heaps, has decided to seek greener pastures. Heaps was the starter as a freshman and was replaced in game 5. Heaps has 2 more seasons of eligibility. He can redshirt his "sit-out" year and have 2 years remaining. Care to guess his first choice?

Heaps has 2 years beginning 2013. Gilbert has 1 thus far (2013 as well), and must be given a medical for a second. I think Stallion has covered this several times. Personally speaking, I think Gilbert has more upside and size. Both highly touted.

I read that Tech backup QB Jacob Karam has already graduated and will probably transfer to Tech since he will be eligible immediately . Maybe we could offer...

Well, unless Gilbert has signed the paperwork, I'm not sure SMU will have to worry about either.
