How many hours does he have and how many transferred? Could he graduate in one semester and be eligible?

Edit: after summer school? Just curious, anyone know the rule? Does one need to have graduated before transferring?

The way I understand the rule, athletes must graduate PRIOR to transfer to be eligible to participate in football the next season. In Gilbert's case, he'd need to graduate this school year to be eligible next season. If he enrolls in Jan and hadn't graduated, it will cause him to sit out next fall. I personally have no clue what his graduation status is, but the rule is pretty clear, graduate and play where you want. A player can't enroll at another school, graduate, and be eligible.
