June tells him to stay home from his visit, and to take his SAT. "Don't bother coming on the visit, take your test and I will see you at Arizona State." OOPS. That was a quick turnaround to Nebraska after June didn't work out at ASU.

Recruiting: Linebacker commits to NU
BY Sam McKewon | 2:47 pm, Thursday, Dec. 8 | POSTED IN Big Red Today
We’re putting a small question mark on this one for a few hours - it may come off before that - just until it’s absolutely clear that Gardena (Calif.) linebacker Thomas Brown is making a hard commitment to Nebraska.
Brown told two recruiting sites - Rivals and Scout - that he did Wednesday night when wide receivers coach Rich Fisher made his visit. Of course, one night before, he made a soft commitment to Arizona State, said he still liked NU and intended to take visits to SMU and San Jose State.
ASU, as people know, have no head coach. The Sun Devils appeared ready to come to terms with SMU’s June Jones, but that cooled off.
The 6-foot-2, 215-pound Brown is a three-star, 88-rating prospect according to 247Sports. He visited NU Nov. 4.

Its ok 3 star recruits really arent that big of a deal. The fact he decided to go to Nebraska to only get a crappy education and to not go to the NFL tells you everything you need to know. The only thing I can say about Nebraska is the sea of Red.

Im sorry, I guess everytime I watch Nebraska they get beat like a LSU vs NwSt. game with their Big 10 and OOC. That or I hate they always lose to the shorthorns regardless how bad shorthorns are. I think unless you are some football beast, you should have some care in education. If you dont make it to the NFL then enjoy telling stories with your co-workers flipping burgers. (not that extreme of course but it would be a tough life).Comet wrote:Nebraska football > > > SMU football, these kids don't care about the academic reputations of these schools.SMU_Alumni11 wrote:Its ok 3 star recruits really arent that big of a deal.
