JJ was the first to breach his own employment contract. Good luck trying to recover damages when you are being paid by SMU and recruiting for ASU. I would think there has also got to be other provisions in his contract that, either explicitly or implicitly, make his conduct a violation of his employment agreement with SMU.
He will jump at any offer that comes now. I just hope no one touches him and SMU gets even in a big way with this [gary patterson].
