It amazes me how much June is worried about attendance. How does he not realize that for the previous 20 years, SMU had the worst program in America.

3 AVERAGE seasons does not bring back a fan base. And complaining about it on twitter, or having your players do it in the campus newspaper, doesn't help a single ounce.

Russ Potts' success came before Ron Meyer's success. It is essential that we stop making excuses and have a concrete plan to address this problem. We start out with season attendance 50% below the attendance of the next lowest in the Big East.
