Bail us out of this mess. Please hire June and his staff. We're just delaying the inevitable and it would be a bad business decision to fire him right now. ASU reconsider.

Before you go saying that, have a plan on how to maintain the good assets here, and who would take over, and how to get recruits to to commit to smu and not JJ....

I think Hawaii is our best shot

Hawaii can't afford it....although, maybe there is a way to re-write the contract to let him go gracefully without the buyout if he promised only to go to Hawaii. Face saving maneuver for him. Remove the toxic situation for us.
