I can only speculate--But, I would not dare make any comments until I talked with Orsini. Quite frankly, there is nothing I could say that couldn't be somehow misinterpreted until I sat down and had some agreement with my boss as to what we are going to do and what Orsini will instruct me to say.

Exactly....why would he say anything when the situation is obviously still very fluid?

Usually, to save face, they say they're happy where they're at or they're "withdrawing their name from consideration," where in fact, they would've bolted. Game planning? June runs one formation, and about 4, slowly developing pass plays. If the qb can get up off the ground, he jogs to the sideline and back, and tries it again.
Amazing the defense can perform the way it does, being on the field most of the game. Tom Mason has carried this team.
