I'm sure June could've said, "I like this job. I want this job, but I've got to make the decision/announcement next week." This was they're second pass at June after looking and presumably disliking other candidates. He had the upper-hand here and it wouldn't have been a huge request. He just didn't make it.

Really? Recruiting players for another school when you are still employed at a different school is not unethical. Using university resources to further you employment at another school is not unethical. Wow- you idea of ethics sure differs from mine.
