FRI AM...DEFENSIVE KIDS WERE IN THE WEIGHTROOM THIS MORNING AT 7:30 AND THE OFFENSIVE KIDS FOLLOWED AT 8:30...MEL DELAURA AND HIS STAFF HAVE THEM WORKING HARD AND THE RESULTS ARE STARTING TO SHOW...ROBERT SEALS HAS PUT ON EIGHT POUNDS OF GOOD WEIGHT AND HE JONATHON YENGA AND STEPHON SANDERS WHO ALL WORK OUT TOGETHER ARE A REAL GOOD LOOKING GROUP OF FRESHMEN LINEBACKERS...STRENGTH IS THE AREA MOST YOUNG PLAYERS STRUGGLE WITH EARLY IN THEIR CAREERS...THE CAN ADJUST TO THE SPEED OF THE GAME BUT WHAT WAS STRONG IN HIGH SCHOOL IS NOT THE SAME AS WHAT IS STRONG IN DIVISION ONE COLLEGE FOOTBALL...IF A PLAYER WILL WORK - MEL HAS PROVEN THAT HE CAN GET THEM STRONGER...PONY UP!

THURS PM...SPENDING SOME FAMILY TIME WITH KEKOA WATCHING #88 EMMANUEL SANDERS AND THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS AGAINST THE BROWNS...KOABOY IS A HUGE EMMANUEL FAN MOSTLY BECAUSE OF HOW GOOD EMMANUEL AND HIS COUSIN JOSH BRYANT WERE TO HIM WHILE THEY PLAYED AT SMU...BLESSED TO HAVE THIS TIME WITH MY SON AND TO COACH AT A PLACE WITH SUCH GREAT KIDS...PONY UP!

It was a coup d'état not an invasion. The US government at the time had nothing to do with it.

You could argue that it was an invasion. The "invasion" of white settlers in Hawaii set up the coup, much like how the "invasion" of American settlers into mexican Texas set up the Texas revolution.
