Honestly I have no respect for Jones.
After reading what his son posted publicly about our school I'm completely shocked that he has not addressed that.
It's just stupid to welcome him at all until he explains this and issues a formal apology to the school and the Alumni.

It's still only 50/50 he attends, They sub in a coordinator anytime June feels like skipping and this might be one of those times.

Leave the kids out of it.
Has anyone ever asked him about his use of timeouts?

I think the only times June has not come this year have been after wins, he always comes after losses. I think it is a good bet he will be there.

I'm not going after his kid, but I would hope that a guys family that we are paying 2MM would not go public calling us the worst university in the country. There needs to be an apology.
He needs to answer this.

I agree the kid should not have said that publicly, but I disagree that June needs to answer for it. It is not on the list of issues that any adult should be worried about.

What the hell. I'm sorry, but I'm not one that stands for the "Thank you sir may I have another" approach.
The respectable thing for June to do is for not only him, but his son to formally apologize to the entire school and alumni.
Last time I looked in the mirror at my old [deleted] I was clearly an adult and if someone disrespects my school like that I certainly have an issue with it.

Yes. But I can't tell you what he said or I will have my face burned with acid and my toenails ripped out by PP and Gary Cogill.

How old is the kid? If he is 18 or older and makes comments like he did, either he or someone should address it. If he is a minor I would agree, hands off.

minor (16 or 17 I believe)
Point taken if he is just a young teenager, but nearly 18. He should know better and Jones should be embarrassed by it. If my kid had done something like that you bet your [deleted] his would be red and he would be in Turners office the next day to deliver a hand written apology.
