Little Tebow-Jesus will never make it in the NFL say Junseus(I stoled Junseus from Rivals-but it makes me laugh)

true because those players are an important part of closing on new recruits
Re: Team Meeting
Just talked to someone in the athletic department who is close with a lot of the players ... General consensus was that they were sad that June was going to leave, but they all respect him so they are "stoked" that he is coming back.

Re: Team Meeting
This where I give Jones credit. I do think he does connect with his players and has some impact on them to where they want to play for him.
From the program's standpoint, I actually hope that meeting went well and the healing in the locker room has started.

Re: Team Meeting
i dont see any evidence that June recruits religious players. Thats just not correct.

Not that your word is any more credible than anyone else's, but this seems in stark contrast to some of the anti-Jones people who just knew that players hated him, had no respect for him and wished he had left in the first place.
I guess it depends on what you want to believe happened (and who you talk to).
Re: Team Meeting
Let me correct something that was in the DMN today. The article says Jones held a team meeting. This isn't true. Rather, Jones went to the weight room and talked to some of the players that were lifting. There was no formal meeting of the players. Another lie. I sure wish Orsini would "out" this guy. He manipulates the media trying to cover up his short comings. He is dirty and people need to see him for what he is. I'm of the belief that a coach should be judged by more than his won-lost record. Look to Pennsylvania for a precedent.

My source is friends with a lot of the players on the team ... I felt very relieved with what he told me. That said, the sample of people he talked to might NOT be representative of the whole, but I think it is. I think the "anti-June" people on the team are definitely the minority.
