Kendle fire for Xmas with tapa will be a game changer. I hate iPhone typing and iPad is too akward sized to type comfortably.

Not bad. As a fellow webmaster here are my two cents.

Another good way to get comparisons between websites is compete.
http://www.compete.com

Compete says 262,000 ... nice. Getting up there.

Lots of advertisers rely on Quantcast.
If you install Quantcast tags they can do some comparisons between sites for no charge.
As compete charges people.

I would also suggest to put the Google Analytics tags on all pages of the website.
It will really help you guys understand your traffic a little better.
