Theres more to it than the money. I've passed on jobs with a higher base because I knew other opportunities had more long term earning potential.

Some of the things I ranted about are the soft factors that contribute to this. Attendance. Marketing. National attention.

I agree the money's good.

Not many jobs with more long term earnings potential than smu, ask some of the boys in Houston if jj was taken care of?
