Don't see June Jones on the list..... probably taking more phone calls. Phone in half the season, phone in recruiting, only thing he did in person was meet with ASU

Excited to hear the results of a great weekend in Dallas. Good luck to these prospective new student-athletes, and welcome to the Hilltop! Very talented group with tons of star power, including a big JUCO safety from Cali (I'm guessing that Coach Klemm is still working his magic)!

Top priorites on that list, IMHO, is getting a stronger commit out of Seaver Myers and Austin Stewart looks like a stud (6'3" safety at a JUCO, could possibly come in and start right away - been under the radar, seems to really like SMU). Recruited by Coach Odum who seems to be doing a lot of recruiting quietly.

Seems like once we get them on campus, most of them get sold (kind of hard for any university to compete with our campus and told they could come in and start right away and then be in the BE with 'the big boys').

Whoa pretty impressive size, speed and athleticism. Still trying to figure out why he wasn't more highly recruited out of high school or JUCO. He's coming out as freshman so maybe some have lost track. Led his team to NC 4A Championship out of high school with some great stats. He's blurb from First Team All Charlotte Mecklanberg County Team

DB: Austin Stewart

Butler, 6-1, 190, Sr.

Led team with nine interceptions and also had 74 total tackles. Had a 93-yard interception return for score in state final and was team defensive MVP in the game.

Yes, anyone that can supply information on the state/progress of recruiting would be greatly appreciated. If the staff can pull off a nice recruiting class it would go along way toward forgiveness.
