How 'bout we get back to this?
Jones, it certainly appears, was recruiting to ASU while he worked for SMU.
Not much else of this noodlng matters.
Is SMU going to stand for that?
It certainly appears so.

Now I will agree with Mr. Pony on that. The interviewing is not the issue because those things are commonplace but the recruiting situation is the real issue. I just don't know if we can concretely prove it. That might by why we haven't fired him because it might be hard to prove. Also, we don't want to leave an impression on the coaching world that you will get fired for interviewing if you coach at SMU or it could turn some really good coaches sour on looking at SMU to be coach.

Can we hope that JJ will want to have a great 11/12 season if he hopes to get a better offer somewhere else. His big problem will be, next year, what positions will be available.

What's to be upset about, because sure he might not wear school colors or get involved in LOCAL charities but at least he gets paid 2 times what Mike Sumlin was getting at Houston.... Whoever started this thing was being sarcastic, and obviously would like to see June Jones change his attitude or leave or maybe both but I didn't read through all the crap to come to that conclusion.

Grown up, nope I mean I still cheer for a school that I never went to a class at (other than SMU).SMU don't have too many folks like me I don't reckon. Not 100 percent sure why... But they don't.

Everyone keeps talking about June Jones handling the Situation, but I'm pretty sure he did not go to any night clubs in New Jersey.
