What BCS school's top recruiter are we going to go after?

Since some people think we can just go out a replace Coach Klemm with a top recruiter I would like to know what school's top recruiter are we going after?

UT's
OU's
OSU's
Tech's

unlike smu, those schools have multiple "ace" recruiters. I'd look south to Houston and TAMU. Kingsberry or Jason Phillips. Pay them a boatload, give them cool titles like asst HC

While we ought to be top 25 in everything we do, instead of looking to the UT's and OU's of the world for a recruiter, how about a top junior college or FCS-level coach? Those guys know Texas and if you can recruit to Blinn JC, SHSU, etc., surely you can recruit to SMU.
