Peruna, I would like to order 6 tickets for the bowl game...."Wonderful!! Sales have been brisk and we are expecting a GREAT crowd in Birmingham...let me see what I have to offer you, sir" "Do you prefer high, low, isle, middle..we have a wide variety of GREAT seats." How about mid range, seats 1-6, I assume 1 is an isle? "Yes sir"........we exchnage credit card info..he asks if I need any hotel info, he tells me about some pre and post SMU parties, asks me if I am in the Mustang Club, etc., etc., etc., etc....NOT TO BE DIRECTED TO SOME FREAKING NON EXISTENT WEB SITE!!!!!!!!!!!! Pisses me off!!

I would have LOVED to have had Kristin answer the phone...I got some guy that was acting like he was trying to get out the door to catch a flight, insistent on directing me to some phantom web site...come on guys, really?!!? HOP FAN...that is why I said I was scoring some PF.com bonus points..really feeling like one of the fellas.
