I started following the Dallas metropolis board and realized how nice PF is. It's the little things.

0 so far. I need to figure out my angle. Since I'm a downtown resident and now business owner I thought I should keep in touch.

I get all the info I need here
Re: ponyfans rank 198,621
i used to follow that board. mostly for development info. problem is too many people thought that 60 year old buildings are historic.

It's all we got, man.
There are some real nerdy city planner wannabe types, but it does have some good stuff about what's going on in the development circles. Plus, there is no common thread like here, so the fights get really ugly.

agreed. yeah, if you want developer scoop, there's no better place to look to than the anti development circles. funny, there's a guy who posts photos on there all the time, pretty cool stuff of buildings that are being demo'd, old deep ellum grafiti art that was removed, new construction from interesting perspective like from tops of other bldgs.
when we took over 1&10, i found 3 flash drives of his with hundreds of photos. i tried contacting him through that site but never heard anything. but i ended up with some cool DFW art.
