To each his own, but. . .

1. he has his degree

2. he just won the Heisman

3. he is projected as a 1st round NFL draft pick

What more could he possibly want to accomplish in college? Is he really going to defer a multi-million dollar payday so he can come back and play for free for another year?

A Baylor poster came on another thread we had concerning the Heisman and said that RGIII was going to enroll in Law School at Baylor and play again next year. There was also something about him wanting to work out in track maybe for the Olympics or something else. I do not recall it all but he seemed pretty certain of his return.

I am sorry I am too lazy to try an find the old thread.

I'm confused. If he enrolls in law school would he only receive one more year of eligibility? And law school is a three year program? How would that work? Anyone know?

Maybe he stays or maybe he goes, but sounds to me like the Baylor faithful are just praying he stays thinking about how good they could be next year with his return.

there is precedent for going back for another year in a similar situation. didn't work out so well for Matt Leinart.

RGIII is a class act, if he comes, I welcome the challenge.

I would think he would be a top 10 pick, I don't believe he will come back.

He has one year of eligbility left, enrolling in law school would not mean he gets to play for 3 more years just because law school lasts 3 years.

Really foolish idea. He could lose millions if he got a major injury. Listen to Leigh- take the money and run (or pass in his instance).

I'm not saying anyone is wrong about him coming back, but it seems like a questionable decision on his part if he does. His stock is about as high as it could be right now. Almost a lock top 10 pick.
