Re: Viewpoint: Graham lacked sincerity
Perhaps someone on here should remind them that they are being whiney-babies, that coaching is a business, that he doesn't owe them anything because he got them to a bowl game, that the text message could've been sent by literally anyone (it's the Internet, you know) and that he probably never even heard about the job offer until AFTER he resigned from Pitt, his agent does all that...jeez, can you believe they don't know that?

VIEWPOINT: So did he lack the same amount of sincerity when he left Tulsa.....or Rice? I don't think the Pitt players and coaches were complaining when he broke his Tulsa contract to come there. If he is successful at ASU he will leave again.

This is what coaches do in today world. If you're an athlete and your committing to a coach and not to a school, you're most likely going to be very disappointed and/or hurt.

i think it has more to do with the manner in which he did it. asked for permission after the fact, was denied that, and told 'em to eff off. then texted the players rather than call a meeting and tell them in person.
say what you will, but June asked and was granted permission to speak to ASU, and he addressed it in person to alumni and players at the appropriate time.
