Yes, since they were all at home and we only wore red home jerseys this year.

And for what it's worth, I will always like the white helmets. Probably prefer red over blue, but white first. Clean and classy.

Coach Fran says there are no individuals on his team so the Aggies don't have names on their uniforms.

Watched some of the SMU vs. New Mexico game from 93 I believe a couple of days ago. They were coached by Coach Francione. They didn't have names on the back of jerseys, and we did.

Its a teaming thing. Mama can hope her son gets a good education, and can hope that her son is good enough that everyone finds out her son's number.

Today's uniform looks too much like TT, especially with the dark blue helmets. Let's go cardinal red helmets, and royal blue like Hayden Fry, the sharp uniform genious, had from 65 - 72. I've seen film from the 50s that had the same too. The TRADITIONAL SMU helmet is cardinal red. white decals show up very well on red unlike what we have now.

No names please. If a player does well, that number gets learned, and known by everyone. Also, sells programs. GET YOUR PROGRAM! WON'T KNOW THE PLAYERS WITHOUT A PROGRAM!!

a$m sucks, and I despise them. The coach is a jerk. Why would SMU ever think, or any fan want, to emulate a$m. USC and nd have had the same basic uniform for just about forever. We can't emulate that as SMU has always had some evolution. (Plus usc and nd have a very large, loyal base.)

I like our present unis, but would like to see a slightly brighter shade of blue. Just to give them a little more pop. Put the names on the unis. miami does, stanford does, ok, mich., et al do. Really, why not?
