What graduate school programs does SMU offer that UT doesn't?

Does not have to be a whole school, can be a particular program. For example a real estate concentration. At least that is how I understand it.

Sorry, I missed the key word "program" in your post. I am not sure specifically, but there will be some tracks/concentrations that SMU has identified that UT hasn't.
